Whether it’s the culture of your broader organization or the subculture within your design system team, the relationship between the two has a direct impact on how your system is built, adopted, and sustained. When these cultural forces are misaligned, even the most well-crafted systems struggle to gain traction.
This full-day workshop will pull back the curtain on how culture impacts a design system program, and give you the tools to assess and adapt your approach accordingly.

After the explosion of interest in the mid to late 2010s, and further maturation since 2020, now is the time to sit down and think about what the future of design systems hold for us. Tooling for design system has exploded in the last five years, with DS managers, standalone tools and homebuilt projects, what are the best tools for what we do in 2025? What are we missing? And are we approaching tooling in the right way?

Converge is a one-day design systems conference featuring an amazing roster of speakers from around the world. We're passionate about bringing the community together, so there will be plenty of opportunities for networking throughout the day—capped off with a Converge after-party to unwind after a fun day of design systems learning.
Converge is all about design systems—so if you work with them regularly, this event is for you. Whether you're a designer, engineer, product manager, or content strategist, if design systems are part of your world, you’ll feel right at home.
